I acknowledge Heather will need to come to the school prior to picture day to pick an optimal shooting location. * This may have already been done if I have met with you in person. Agree I understand there is never a set-up fee for the school; Heather's services are completely free on picture day. * Agree Heather is a natural light photographer. At her discretion, she will choose an ideal location based on light. If there is insufficient natural light indoors, Heather will bring appropriate lighting for the portraits. * All I need is one good window or a covered outdoor setting with good light. Agree Heather will provide all equipment needed on picture day. * Agree Heather will need a parent or staff volunteer on picture day to bring kids back and forth from pictures, and who will assist Heather with making sure the little ones' faces are clean. Heather will also provide baby wipes. * Agree The school agrees to send Heather a complete and up-to-date student roster, including student DOBs (for use as password protection in galleries), as well as parent email addresses, no later than 2 weeks prior to picture day. * All student and parent information received by the school will be kept private, and will ONLY be used to set up student online galleries and communicate DIRECTLY with parents regarding their children's portraits. Agree Heather will provide the school both digital and printed picture day flyers. * Agree The school agrees to direct all parents with picture day questions to Heather at the following email address: HeatherWheatonPhotography@gmail.com, and Heather will respond in a timely manner. * Agree The school agrees to send out picture day flyer to parents no later than two weeks prior to picture day. * Failure to properly notify and inform parents of picture day will result in children not being ready on picture day. Agree If the school fails to respond or provide requested information promptly, Heather has the right to cancel this agreement. * Agree Staff and class pictures are only offered once per school year in coordination with scheduled picture day(s). * Unless otherwise agreed upon, staff and class pictures will only be taken once per school year, typically in the Fall if picture days are scheduled in both Fall and Spring. Agree Heather will provide one complimentary digital download of each individual staff member. * Agree Families who order a print package or digital order will receive a complimentary print of their class photo. * Agree Heather will provide the school digital downloads of each student after the ordering period is completed, for use in the school yearbook and student cumulative data files. * Agree Galleries will be complete and ready for orders no later than three weeks after picture day. * Agree Heather will notify parents and the school once galleries are completed and ready for viewing. * Agree I understand all galleries will be open for two weeks, and orders must be placed within those two weeks. * Orders placed after the two week gallery opening will not be included in the total towards the donation to the school. Agree Heather Wheaton photography retains all ownership and copyright to all digital images produced. * I understand the school does not have permission to make copies for sale, or other distribution in any manner that circumvents the sale of these images by Heather Wheaton Photography. Agree Heather Wheaton Photography agrees to donate 10% of picture day proceeds once per school year. * If your school is hosting picture day in the Fall and Spring, a donation will only be made for one session in the Fall. Agree If the school requests staff IDs, the cost of staff IDs provided to the school will be deducted from the 10% donation back to the school. * Current cost of staff IDs printed single sided is $1.65. This rate is subject to change by the photo lab, not by Heather. Heather will always provide this item to the school at cost.
